Welcome to nihongo Hapani page. This website is for learners of Japanese language from the beginners to the intermediate level. It is based on New Zealand Japanese Language Curriculum but can be used for learners in other countries.

The five main courses are for Secondary students (Junior and Senior High School students). 1st Year course is for the total beginners (Year 9 in New Zealand schools) and 5th Year course is for the learners who are at a more advanced level (NCEA Level 3 in New Zealand schools). 

Intermediate Course is for younger learners who wish to learn Japanese without learning the Japanese scripts.

I would like to acknowledge the generosity and thank Clip Art Factory and Irasuto-ya websites for the pictures and Minna no Kyozai website for the photos which I use in my pages.
